What is stategraft?

A more concise and revealing definition of Chinese soft-power statecraft.

Would you suggest that "Stategraft" was an accurate reflection of Chinese diplomacy with modern Western countries like America?

I'm of the opinion that bribery reflects more on the bribe-taker than the bribe-giver. In some cases, bribery is the simply the "price of doing business" and frankly China needs oil and she isn't exactly in any position to lecture others on ethical governance.
