Hummm... I remember that view. Looks like the view from a street front room at the Taj, Boston? I think that is the Public Garden.

Pretty near the Saint Gaudens Memorial to Col. Robert Gould Shaw and the 54th Massachusetts Regiment, possibly the most powerful work of public art in the US, IMO.
