Core: got nukes, Gap: wants them

Another Core-Gap delineating map: virtually all of the countries that possess nuclear reactors are Core (North America, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Europeans, Russia, India, China, Japan, SK) and the vast majority that want them are Gap.
