A wee bit of history in Core integration

ARTICLE: "Japan, China, South Korea Meet to Address Global Crisis," by Hiroko Tabuchi, Wall Street Journal, 13-14 December 2008.

Nothing much happened at the event, and yet it was seminal--the first time Japan and South Korea and China meet at a summit all their own.

Baby-step, but a very positive one.
