Has Barnett considered providing Michele Flournoy the President of the Center for New American Security (CNAS) an advanced copy of GP? She was at the Pentagon when he was there and was peripherally involved with the 2001 QDR and subsequent transformation effort. I don’t know Flournoy myself, but would think Barnett might. She is definitely worth knowing since she is one of Obama’s national security bright lights.
