I find it interesting that Obama is surrounding himself with "Boomers" to change America. As a Boomer, I see nothing wrong with that. He's looking for folks with a resume of change, not the chance of change.
As you stated in a later blog, it takes at least 10 years to become a Master. I give Obama credit for surrounding himself with Masters of their respective fields.
