This week's column

Got it out late, meaning roughly noon today (usually have it done NLT start of biz Thursday, so the latest I've ever submitted).

Copying last year, I did a top-ten foreign policy wishlist, which is a mini-state-of-the-world style bit.

This year's focuses on Chavez, global warming, food, immigration, China's foreign policy, Africom (again), al Qaeda, Iran, the dollar, and stock market bubbles in India and China.

I think a wishlist by the readers of this site would be interesting. Have you considered this? Happy New Year!
